Right of Withdrawal and Refund

The Customer may return the product at their expense, within a period of 14 days after receiving it to the address that we will indicate, once they send us the request to info@holaeshop.com indicating their name, surname, place of purchase, name of the product, order number and reason for the return. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise. The customer must find a carrier to return the merchandise in the same conditions.
Transportation costs are the responsibility of the Client, as well as the risks linked to return transportation. If the carrier loses the product during this return, the Customer will be solely responsible. Only the return of the product in its packaging will be accepted.

Once Holae Shop receives the product, it will review its status. After verification and if the product is in perfect condition, our team will issue the refund request (effective within a maximum period of 14 days). Attention: The product must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, with all documentation provided and accessories included. The refund will be made according to the payment method of the original order.

Warranty and Returns

Holaeshop.com guarantees the conformity of the products. To benefit from the guarantee, we ask you to keep the invoices received by email after shipping the products. The 24-month warranty applies to defective or incorrectly delivered products, with the understanding that the products must be used correctly, and in accordance with their intended use, as indicated in the instructions and technical documentation sent with the items.
In the event of a defective and non-compliant product, Holae Shop will replace the defective item free of charge by removing and repairing it or replacing it completely. We may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract and refund the full price of the product ordered. If Hola Shop intervenes on the product and if the product is free of defects and is compliant, we may request possible costs for verification and for transport costs paid by Holae Shop.
If for any reason Holae Shop cannot replace a product under warranty, with the customer's agreement, we will replace the product in question (if it is still in stock) or replace it with another item of the same value and with the same characteristics, or we will refund the buys.

To facilitate the processing of claims, they must be communicated by email to customer service and accompanied by photographs and even video if necessary. Hola Shop reserves the right to accept or reject the claim depending on the legitimacy of the alleged reason.

Defects and damages and problems resulting from external events or actions that do not comply with the manufacturer's instructions are excluded from the guarantee. Damage caused by weather conditions will not be taken into account. Please see the instructions included with your order. Products modified, repaired, customized or added by the customer are also excluded from the warranty.
