How are installments paid?
Installment payments are made automatically each month using the card you used for your first payment.
When will my card be charged?
It will be charged on the same day of each month that you made the purchase. It's simple: if you bought on the 27th, it will be on the 27th of every month until your plan ends.
How do I pay with seQura?
Select seQura at checkout when paying. Next, just choose the number of installments you prefer and enter your details. You will receive a security code via SMS, then you choose the card you want us to charge the payments to, and that's it. Today you only pay the first one, and the others will be charged automatically on the same day each month so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Each month we will send a payment receipt to your email, or inform you if for any reason we couldn't complete the charge so you can resolve it.
How much does it cost? Are there interest charges?
We don't like interest. The TIN is 0%. There is only a small fixed fee per installment based on the amount of your purchase.
For example, if you choose to pay a €200 order in 12 installments and the fixed fee per installment is €3, your installment would be €19.66.
Keep in mind that the fixed monthly fee may vary per store, but it will always be visible, clear, and transparent so you always know exactly how much you have to pay.
